I can look at a home, property, or concept and quickly understand how it wants to function — what decisions need to be made early, what infrastructure matters most, and how to curate an environment that supports daily life instead of fighting it.

Bella Vista was born from Bree’s own journey — a season of transformation that began with and evolved into a calling.
After years of balancing career, caretaking, and creativity, Bree reimagined her waterfront property on the Patuxent River into a sanctuary of intentional living. What began as a renovation became a movement to help others create spaces that support healing, joy, and connection.
Today, Bree blends her background in design, storytelling, and hospitality to help others live beautifully. From styling interiors and retreats to producing cinematic marketing for real estate and lifestyle brands, she brings the Bella Vista philosophy— beauty with intention, strategy with soul — into everything she touches.
