The Intention
The laundry room at Bella Vista is a quiet workhorse — but it’s also a surprisingly comforting space. This room is all about clarity, order, and ease. It’s not just where clothes are cleaned — it’s where rhythms are restored. With intentional storage, beautiful scents, and functional elegance, even the most mundane tasks feel more grounded.

These are the items I always include to make the laundry room both beautiful and functional:
🧴 Detergent, stain remover, dryer sheets or wool balls — all in glass jars or refillable dispensers
🧺 Separate hampers or labeled baskets for sorting (lights, darks, towels, etc.)
🧼 Iron, ironing board or handheld steamer
🧤 Cleaning gloves + small utility bin
🪟 Lint bin or pretty trash can
🧽 Stain stick or brush near sink (if applicable)
🕯️ Candle or oil diffuser for a fresh, soft scent
📦 Extra storage for paper towels, vacuum filters, air freshener refills, etc.
🪣 Folding surface or table
🪞 Mirror (optional, but adds light and elegance)
🧺 Small laundry basket or tote for each bedroom or guest suite
🧽 Catchall bowl or basket for found items (coins, buttons, etc.)
🧯 Fire extinguisher (stored neatly but accessible)
💨 Air freshener spray or linen mist for clean loads
📦 Clear, labeled containers or baskets for utility storage (light bulbs, tools, batteries)
